Talk to the alliance.

We are a small team, newly incorporated, and we answer as people, not as a portal. Choose the route that fits, and a real person will reply.

02Before you write

If you are in crisis, this inbox is not the fastest help.

Email can take days. The crisis page carries every line we have verified, including the provincial and territorial numbers and the national Indigenous-specific lines, and they answer now.

03Where to write

Two routes in.

A third route, for anyone the disability system has harmed, is below.

Route 01Organizations

Committing as an organization.

Insurers, third-party administrators, disability-management firms and employers moving toward this model. Start the conversation and we will walk you through what committing involves.

We collect no organization details until there is a real commitment to act on.

We speak in themes, never in named or profiled individuals, so nothing you tell us appears anywhere with your name on it.

We are not a legal service, an advocate for individual claims, or a crisis line, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is read what you send us, let it inform the standard, and count your experience toward changing this.
