We show our work.
You should never have to take our word for it. Every claim we make rests on a record you can open yourself: peer-reviewed research, the public court record, and the aggregate experience of people who have lived it.
01Three records
The case rests on three records, not one voice.
No single source is enough on its own. Each of the three records below is held to the same test: you can open the primary source and check it for yourself, or see the full source list.
Courts
What has already been judged wrong.
When a court or tribunal has named conduct as wrong, it is settled on the public record, not our opinion. Every decision is one you can open on CanLII for yourself.
Lived experience
What the first two records miss.
Research and the courts cannot capture how a claim actually feels to move through. We carry that, only ever in aggregate, and never as a named person.
02The lines we will not cross
The lines we will not cross.
A standard is only worth as much as the things it refuses to do. These are the lines we hold on our own evidence, first.
Overturned rulings come down.
If a higher court reverses a decision, we remove it from the record, even when it was a useful example.
Pro-standard, not anti-anyone.
A company name appears only inside a public court citation. This is evidence for a standard, not an attack list.

03Free and yours to check
The evidence is free, and it stays that way.
Anyone can read it, cite it, and check it. We do not put the evidence behind a paywall, and we do not ask for money to see it. Safety should never depend on whether someone can afford the proof. The full source list is public, and every entry traces back to where it came from.
